This system is mounted on the gym wall and minimizes injuries when athletes hit the wall.
During the production phase, 18 mm raw chipboard is cut to the desired dimensions. Foam material, manufactured to the desired density and dimensions, is then glued onto the cut chipboard using Sefox adhesive. Following the gluing process, the resulting wooden frame is covered with fabric, tarpaulin, or artificial leather. The panels are then attached to the frame, which is mounted in three rows on the wall, using a nail gun. Double-sided Velcro is also used for mounting the panels.
